Laundry Room

No one likes it but it still has to be done and if like a lot of our park residents and you plan on spending most of the school summer holidays in the sunny south east the laundry room is a great resource. Don't spend those summer days stuck indoors hand washing the dirty clothes, drop into the shop to enquire about using the laundry room.

Oldbawn Beach

A very short walk from our front gate is Oldbawn beach, a Green Flag awarded beach which is sheltered by sand dunes and has a wide range of wildlife. You can walk along the beach to the adjoining beach of Morriscastle, so on those long hot summer days grab the kids, dog and deckchairs and make the most of this piece of paradise on your front door.
